What data we collect

The only personal details this website collects are those users choose to submit through the contact form: name, telephone number and email address. Alongside this, technical information such as your IP address and browser type is logged automatically because the site needs it to function.

We use the details you give us purely to reply to your enquiries and to supply quotes and information about what we do. We will not use your data for marketing unless you have explicitly agreed to it.

Our legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, and on steps taken before entering a contract at your own request.

Retention of data

We retain personal details only for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and never beyond 24 months from the point of collection, unless a legal obligation says otherwise.
